How can I delete my account?
As an account owner of any of the applications developed by Astrid Education AB, you can submit an account deletion request inside the Astrid applications. Open the app, visit the profile, and tap the settings icon. Then select ‘Delete account’, read the instructions, and confirm that you’ve read the instructions by ticking the box. Finally, click ‘Delete account’ and confirm that you want to delete your account. A grace period of 72 hours is activated during which you’ll be able to regret your deletion. If you don’t regret your deletion during that period the account will be deleted after 72 hours.

To delete your account as an Astrid AI Assistant Desktop Application user you send an account deletion request to support@withastrid.com.
Account Deletion (For Commercial Use)
When you use Astrid through a non-personal license, eg: your company is the license owner, Astrid acts as a Data Processor, not a Data Controller or Data Owner. In this case, you need to contact the license owner, eg: the company and their Data Protection Officer (DPO) to request your account deletion.
When you bought Astrid licenses through Astrid’s Partners, Astrid acts as a Data Processor, not a Data Controller or Data Owner. In this case, you need to contact the Partner and their Data Protection Officer (DPO) to request your account deletion.
